[ON AIR] LIVING ON BORROWED LAND IN ISLAMABAD

For decades, people from nearby villages have been flocking to Pakistan's capital Islamabad in search of work. They've set up camps on what looks like vacant land, but city administrators have labeled their makeshift settlements "illegal encroachments" that don’t fit into urban plans set out for the city.
